Ingredients:
2 cups nut milk
1 and ¼ cups water
1 cup basmati rice
1 cup coconut cream
¼ cup maple syrup
Directions:
1- In your pressure cooker, mix nut milk with water, rice, cream and maple syrup, stir well, cover and cook on High for 20 minutes.
2- Stir pudding again, divide into bowls and serve.
