Ingredients:
½ cup steel cut oats  
1 and ½ cups water  
1 teaspoon vanilla extract  

Directions:
1- Put the water in your pressure cooker, add vanilla extract and oats, stir a bit, cover and cook on High for 3 minutes.
2- Divide into 2 bowls and serve for breakfast.
