Chicken Wrap

Ingredients:
½ pound chicken, ground  
1 small yellow onion, chopped  
2 teaspoons garlic, minced  
A pinch of ginger, grated  
A pinch of allspice, ground  
4 tablespoons water chestnuts  
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons chicken stock  
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar  
2 tortillas for serving  

Directions:
1- In your pressure cooker, mix chicken meat with onion, garlic, ginger, allspice, chestnuts, soy sauce, stock and vinegar, stir a bit, cover and cook on Manual for 10 minutes.  
2- Divide chicken mix on 2 tortillas, wrap and serve.
