Lemon Pepper Salmon

Servings: 4

Ingredients:
1 cup water, for the pressure cooker  
1 lemon, sliced  
1 pound salmon fillets, boneless and skin on  
Black pepper to the taste  
3 teaspoons butter, melted  
1 red bell pepper, julienned

Directions:
1- Put the water in your pressure cooker, add steamer basket, add salmon fillets, season them with black pepper, drizzle melted butter all over, divide bell pepper and lemon slices on top, cover and cook on High for 7 minutes.  
2- Divide salmon and bell pepper on plates, top with lemon slices and serve.
