Ingredients:
1 cup quinoa  
2 cups water  
1 tablespoon maple syrup  
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract  
A pinch of cinnamon powder  
¼ cup fresh berries  

Directions:
1- Put quinoa in your pressure cooker, add cinnamon, vanilla, water and maple syrup, stir, cover and cook on High for 1 minute.  
2- Leave quinoa aside for 10 minutes, fluff with a fork, divide into 2 bowls, top each with fresh berries and serve for breakfast.
