Ingredients:
1 and ½ pounds flank steak, cut into thin strips  
1 tablespoon olive oil  
1 tablespoon tamari sauce  
1 cup beef stock  
1 pound broccoli, florets separated  

Directions:
1- In a bowl, mix steak strips with oil and tamari, toss and leave aside for 10 minutes.  
2- Set your pressure cooker on sauté mode, add beef strips and brown them for 4 minutes on each side.  
3- Add stock, stir, cover and cook on High for 8 minutes.  
4- Add broccoli, stir, cover cooker again and cook on High for 4 minutes more.  
5- Divide everything between plates and serve.
